Our foldable wall-mounted rack is made from lacquered cherry wood, a powder-coated black steel tube, powder-coated black wall mounts, a stainless-steel support chain, and a magnetic folding mechanism. All components are designed for everyday household use.
The rack is intended for lightweight household items only, such as everyday clothing, towels, kitchen linens, or small accessories. It does not have a certified weight rating and has not been tested for maximum load. Because load capacity depends on your wall construction, stud placement, and installation method, customers are responsible for ensuring their wall can safely support both the rack and the items placed on it. Do not hang heavy, bulky, or load-bearing items, as misuse or overloading may result in damage or injury.
Yes. When not in use, the rack folds flat against the wall to save space, making it ideal for apartments, studios, bedrooms, entryways, bathrooms or kitchens.
The rack comes in 3 ft, 4 ft, and 5 ft versions. All fold flat and install using the same method.
Yes. The rack includes all required hardware for mounting on standard drywall. However, safe installation depends entirely on your wall type and installation method. Improper installation, mounting or unsafe use can result in failure, damage, or injury. Customers are responsible for confirming their wall is suitable and for securing the rack properly. If you’re unsure, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
You need a #2 Philipps screwdriver. Additionally, we recommend a drill, level and measuring tape. Installation typically takes 10-15 minutes.
The rack is designed for standard drywall. For concrete, brick, plaster, or other non-standard walls, additional or alternative hardware may be required. Mounting on unsupported walls or using incorrect hardware may cause damage or injury. Customers are responsible for verifying wall suitability.
Yes. All necessary screws and anchors for standard drywall installation are included.
We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands), or APO/FPO military addresses. Any orders placed to restricted locations will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware included. Installed or mounted racks cannot be returned. A flat $15 return shipping fee is deducted from refunds unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
We offer exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective. For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
We offer a 30-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, overloading, misuse, or modifications.
